We are currently seeking a **Customer Experience Manager** to provide professional support to our customers—both during vehicle delivery and throughout their journey with our service department. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Welcome customers upon the delivery of their new or pre-owned vehicle. * Demonstrate key features, technologies, and driver-assistance systems. * Prepare and complete delivery-related documentation. * Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. * Collaborate closely with the sales and after-sales service departments. * Help deliver a customer experience that meets Hyundai Granby’s high standards. **The Ideal Candidate** * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to communicate effectively and explain information simply. * Professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. * Interest in new technologies and the automotive industry. * Availability for full-time work, including some evenings.
